The field of membership shall be limited to those having
the following common bond:
- Persons who live, work, worship or attend school
in, and businesses and other legal entities in the
Town of Hoosick, New York;
- Employees of the Eagle Bridge Machine & Tool,
Inc. who work in Hoosick or Eagle Bridge, New York;
- Persons who live, work, worship or attend school
in, and businesses and other legal entities in the
towns of Berlin, Petersburgh, Pittstown, Grafton or
Stephentown, in Rensselaer County, New York;
- Members of record of Falls Federal Credit Union as
of the effective date of merger;
And also spouses of persons who died while within the
field of membership of this credit union, employees of
this credit union, volunteers in the community, members
of their immediate family or household and organizations
of such persons. |
